We operate small teams (project-focused) that are spread out in different countries with very culture-specific elements. We strive to be united as a Group by sharing common values & principles by practising and ingraining them into our corporate culture. We pride ourselves on the long-term relationship with many of our team members who have been with us since the company's inception. We have a low turnover rate at the management level. However, as with any business, we face headwinds with people management in our operational entities, and even there, we have a very good track record of keeping our people happy. We like to refer to our employees as associates / our people. They are the heart of the company. Our people make everything work - our success is driven by them. Hence, senior management considers this job one of the most important - senior positions in the organisation. The company has established many HR processes, from onboarding to motivation to evaluation processes. We have multiple HR initiatives that we strive to achieve, from creating (from scratch) bonus policies and launching an internal intranet that successfully invigorates our corporate culture to 360-degree evaluation. Every year, we increase our rating on the cultural evaluation. This is because we measure it actively (more information can be provided during the interview). However, there is a lot to do, from refining and improving our hiring and onboarding process to finalising our bonus schemes, implementing T&D programs, improving onboarding, launching updated evaluations, automating through HRtech our HR processes and many more initiatives. The future candidate will have a fantastic opportunity to self-realise and create value for our business. We are looking for a leader who can strive in our organisation and drive our people management to the next level, unite our people even more and solidify our corporate culture to achieve excellent results in business.
